  2.                               PGSCAN 0.4 Registration

  4.      This program is not free!  You are allowed to use this program for a
  5.      trial period of 30 days free of charge.  If, after 30 days, you decide
  6.      that you would like to continue using PGSCAN, you must complete the
  7.      following form and return it to the author with the required
  8.      registration fee enclosed.
  9.  
  10.      Each PGSCAN registration is valid for use on a single CPU or on a
  11.      single BBS system (multi-node systems require only a single
  12.      registration).
  13.  
  14.      The basic PGSCAN registration cost is $10 US.
  15.  
  16.      For $15 US, a 5.25 or 3.5 disk containing the latest release of PGSCAN
  17.      can be obtained.

  20.                   LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTORS
  21.  
  22.      Shareware distributors may distribute this program as long as the
  23.      Author has been notified prior to ANY distribution.  The "per disk"
  24.      charge may not exceed $3.00 and the shareware distributor will not
  25.      change the above license agreement for the end user of PGSCAN.  End
  26.      users are still required to register each shareware copy of PGSCAN.
